Delivery

General Shipping Information:

  • We prefer to work backwards from your in-hands date so we can be sure to plan our production around your delivery. The sooner we know the exact date you need your sandals, the better for everyone.
  • Our imported orders arrive via ocean vessel and once they have arrived in our warehouse, Neet Feet ships domestically via UPS or FedEx.
  • We are not responsible for missed in-hands dates due to freight carrier failure or U.S. Customs examinations. Understandably these are out of our control.
  • We can ship on our account and add the shipping charges to your invoice, or you can provide us with your shipper number and we will ship on your account.
  • Once your order has left our warehouse, we will provide you with the tracking number so you can know for certain when your order will arrive.

Expedited shipping information:

  • For rush orders with a tight turn around we utilize FedEx airfreight service from our factory that will deliver your order directly to your event site. Of course, you are always free to select the carrier of your choice and many times a commercial airfreight service can save money.
  • We are not responsible for missed in-hands dates due to freight carrier failure or U.S. Customs examinations. Understandably these are out of our control.
  • The destination of the order is often the deciding factor in the choice of shipping companies. If the sandals are destined for the Caribbean or Mexico, we ship to a reliable freight forwarder who specializes in delivering to troublesome locations.
  • We will do everything possible to achieve your delivery date and will not accept an order if it cannot be delivered on time. We encourage you to call and ask if a timeline is feasible even with extremely tight parameters. Miracles happen here on a regular basis so always call, even if it seems impossible.

Returns & Credits: Must be requested within 30 days of shipment. Returns will not be accepted without written authorization. A return authorization number, signed by the factory, must appear on the outside of any packages for all returned merchandise. Because our products are custom made, returns or credits must be made within 30 days. After that time, we have no obligation to accept returns or credits.
